Ms. Vereen’s main research interests are skilled construction workforce issues and infrastructure management. Her doctoral work was based on developing a skilled labor demand forecast model for the construction industry. Her current research focus is on life cycle simulation of the skilled construction labor force, both nationally and globally, the management of infrastructure assets, sustainable infrastructure repair and rehabilitation, and addressing life cycle project management, maintenance, and cost during the design and construction process.
