Dr. Francis Kung’u is a President of EDT, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina and Senior Vice President of Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. He has more than 30 years of experience in research, planning, design, construction management and teaching university level coursework in water, wastewater, and stormwater. Dr. Kung’u manages second largest water and wastewater utility in Georgia.
