Capstone Engineering Society
The alumni association for UA’s Lee J. Styslinger Jr. College of Engineering is the Capstone Engineering Society (CES). The society was established in 1973 and functions as the alumni association for The University of Alabama Lee J. Styslinger Jr. College of Engineering. Members of CES are both alumni and friends who want to get more closely involved in the affairs of the college.
CES Football
Make plans to stop by our football tailgates on the Quad. These family-friendly gatherings are a great opportunity to reconnect with the College and catch up with fellow alumni.
CES Golf Tournament
The Capstone Engineering Society hosts annual golf tournaments in Birmingham and Huntsville. These events raise funds to support student scholarships, as well as student organizations and competition teams.
Awards and Honors
Each year, the Lee J. Styslinger Jr. College of Engineering recognizes alumni, faculty and students with special awards highlighting achievement, leadership and service.
