ACEs Ambassadors Application
One of the primary responsibilities of an Ambassador for the College of Engineering (ACE) is to provide tours of the College of Engineering facilities to prospective students, families, and alumni. ACEs are responsible for helping with recruitment and outreach events as well as serving as hosts and hostesses for college sponsored events. ACEs are expected to keep up with the growth and development of the College of Engineering.
Applicants must be at least a second-semester freshmen or second-semester transfer student enrolled full time in the College of Engineering. Minimum cumulative grade point average required for application is 3.0, which must be maintained throughout ACE tenure. Applicant must be willing to devote an average of five hours per week to ACE activities during the academic school year.
Students who wish to apply for an ambassador position must attend the information sessions offered. The information sessions will be held on the following dates:
- Thursday, January 23 at 6:30 in SERC 1059
- Monday, January 27 at 6:30 in SERC 1014
- Tuesday, January 28 at 6:30 in SERC 1059
Deadline to apply is January 31st at 5 pm.
