UA Catalog Listing Degree Works The Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering program at the University of Alabama is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, https://www.abet.org, under the General Criteria and Program Criteria for Civil and similarly named Engineering Programs.
The University of Alabama’s bachelor of science in construction engineering is one of less than a dozen ABET-accredited construction programs in the US.
We have designed the BSConE degree to be one of the most innovative construction engineering degree programs available, allowing students to combine their interests in construction and engineering in preparation for a rewarding career in the construction profession.
The College of Engineering Academic Advising Center helps students plan their path to a degree. Advising appointments are required for semester and long term course planning, discussing or changing a major or minor along with extended discussion of these or other advising questions.
